Privacy Policy

We may process the following data to provide the service:

• Sign-up/Login: email, password (email login), user identifier (UID)
• Social login (Google, Kakao): email, name/nickname, profile image, provider identifier
• Service usage: uploaded audio files, transcribed/corrected text, saved records
• Automatically collected: access logs, IP, device/browser info, cookies, error logs

• User authentication and account management
• Core features: transcription, correction, summarization, and record storage
• Security monitoring, incident handling, and customer support

• Account data: retained until account deletion (unless legal retention is required)
• Original audio files: temporarily stored for processing and deleted without delay after processing; not retained as permanent source files
• Transcribed text and saved records: retained for service functionality, and deleted upon user request or account closure

To operate the service, we use trusted processors for limited, necessary tasks:

• Supabase Inc.: authentication and database operations
• OpenAI, LLC: speech-to-text processing (Whisper API)
• Google LLC: correction/summarization processing (Gemini API)

Data may be transferred and processed on overseas infrastructure during API-based processing.

• OURS does not use uploaded user audio/text to train our own AI models.
• Data is processed only for requested service functions.
• External API providers process data under their own published policies.

You may request access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing of your personal data.

• HTTPS in transit, token-based access control, and least-privilege policies
• Rate limiting and security headers to reduce abuse and attack surface
• Operational monitoring and incident response procedures
